Our work on education focuses on the fiscal strategies that are leveraged by an intergovernmental network of actors (school districts, public authorities, localities, states, federal government, etc.) to fund the operations and capital needs of education systems, ranging from primary, secondary, to post-secondary education for citizens. We have unique expertise in U.S. tax credit programs that facilitate education capital investment with a low cost of capital.
