Our work on housing issues focuses on examining the public finance strategies that enhance the creation of sustainable, adequate, affordable, and accessible housing in proximity to employment, transportation, and other public facilities for citizens in low-income populations. This includes strategies and investment approaches that further social equity goals and enhance the viability of communities.
